FIX :
Error shows that there is another easyapache process running on the server so you can’t start a new one. Type the below command to check whether any easyapache process is currently running on the server.
Command : ps aux | grep easy
root@server [~]# ps aux | grep easy
root 24007 0.4 8.8 174256 46228 pts/0 S+ 04:26 0:00 /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl /scripts/easyapache
root 24343 0.2 9.1 179696 47716 pts/0 S+ 04:27 0:00 /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl /scripts/easyapache
root 24826 0.0 0.1 8992 828 pts/1 S+ 04:30 0:00 grep –color=auto easy

root 24826 0.0 0.1 8992 828 pts/1 S+ 04:30 0:00 grep –color=auto easy
In the above Command output you can see that easyapache is already running on the server.
Wait for one hour for it to complete.
Usually Easyapache will take more than 30 minutes and it depends on speed of your server.
After one hour if you are still getting the same error then check the easyapache logs in directory /usr/local/cpanel/logs/easy/apache to know the status. Check the logs for any errors.
Do not kill easyapache process because it will cause website downtime.
